NELSON GEORGE is an author, filmmaker, and lifelong resident of Brooklyn. As a filmmaker he has directed the documentaries Brooklyn Boheme, Finding the Funk, and A Ballerina’s Tale. He was also a writer/producer on the Netflix series The Get Down.
