EVENT ALERT: Nathan Larson/Stockholm Noir in NYC!

Attention, New York! Next Monday, March 14, Akashic Books, Scandinavia House, and the Consulate General of Sweden present the book launch for Stockholm Noir featuring editor Nathan Larson!

Stockholm Noir joins Copenhagen Noir and Helsinki Noir as the third Scandinavian installment in Akashic’s Noir Series. The anthology features thirteen brand-new stories (translated from Swedish) by Unni Drougge, Inger Edelfeldt, Carl-Michael Edenborg, Åke Edwardsson, Torbjörn Elensky, Inger Frimansson, Carl Johan de Geer, Martin Holmén, Nathan Larson, Malte Persson, Anna-Karin Selberg, Johan Theorin, and Lina Wolff. Each story is set in a distinct neighborhood or location within Stockholm, revealing a darker side of Sweden’s capital city.
