*PEN American Center and New York Public Radio present Hirsh Sawhney, editor of Delhi Noir, reading at a special event, Global Salon: A Piano and Literary Lounge,ÊBeyond Bollywood. The evening will present the author reading an excerpt from recent work, as well as a pianist performing work from the classical or jazz repertory that speaks to cultural fusions and aesthetic interpretations of their native country. ÊThe author and pianists will sit and share in a lively conversation, while they join the audience in enjoying food and wine from the explored country of origin. In partnership with PENÕs World Voices Festival, Piano Culture and AOC Fine Wines.
