*PEN American Center and New York Public Radio present Hirsh Sawhney, editor of Delhi Noir, reading at a special event, Global Salon: A Piano and Literary Lounge,ÊBeyond Bollywood. The evening will present the author reading an excerpt from recent work, as well as a pianist performing work from the classical or jazz repertory that speaks to cultural fusions and aesthetic interpretations of their native country. ÊThe author and pianists will sit and share in a lively conversation, while they join the audience in enjoying food and wine from the explored country of origin.
